Please join us at Senses for our monthly Women’s Full Moon Circle to honor and celebrate your wholeness and divinity. Commune with other magnificent women in a safe and nurturing space. Together, we’ll satisfy our collective desire for community, restoration, and well-being.

During this circle, we’ll harness potent moon energy and cultivate our sister community through meditation, sound, journaling/reflection, and group sharing. We are learning and leaning into the power, relief, and contentment that grows from simply listening to and witnessing one another.

Together, we’ll grow our relationships with self, others, and life through the lens of solar (masculine) and lunar (feminine) energy. We may explore guided meditation, talk philosophy, experience sound, reflect, group share, listen, cry, and laugh, too!

Please wear cozy layers and bring a journal & pen, teacup, altar item, yoga mat, blankets & anything else to ensure your comfort on the ground. 

This circle is open to all adults. Personal shares at our gatherings are often tender and sometimes delve into mature subjects. Please use your kindest judgment when inviting folks. Arrive as you are and be ready to help cultivate our safe and nurturing community. 

You are a brilliant, complex, multifaceted, infinitely interesting being—and we’d like to include and celebrate every aspect of you!

Circle with us to practice expressing naturally, in nature.  Gather with us as we find our bravery expressing together, in places that will hold us in our grandness.

We will navigate expressing emotions and experiences that may or may not be accessible in our daily lives. Imagine yelling and stomping in anger, hoots and hollers in joy, humming and singing together, and more!

Let us be ourselves, express ourselves, together.
